Why we exist

25 years in the lab. We built the tool we always wished we had.

We've spent more than 25 years in test labs — long enough to watch the whole ground shift under our feet. When we started, testing meant cabling by hand and buying your entire stack from the one vendor who could serve it. Then the walls came down: open, interoperable, more software than hardware. It should have made the lab easier. Instead, complexity exploded — stacks running on servers, servers with their own stacks, networks layered on top, and now everything moving to the cloud. The number of things you have to prove outran any team's ability to keep up.

And through all of it, the lab stayed a cost center. Squeezed on budget, understaffed, treated as the room no one wants to think about. The best testers get so good they leave for better-paid engineering roles — so labs keep losing the few people who actually know how the place is wired. We lived that gap for decades, from every seat in it. NodaliQ is what we built to close it.

Our vision
The test lab has been left behind long enough.

For 25 years the lab has been the bottleneck — manual, opaque, and squeezed while everything around it got smarter. We're changing that: labs that stand up on demand, stay grounded in truth, and give every specialist exponential output on the same budget. Validation Ready Networks, run by people we've finally handed the tools they deserve.

What we value

Four things we won't compromise.

A canvas, not a machine room
A lab shouldn't be the hot, loud, cable-tangled room no one wants to walk into. It should be a canvas — model it once, stand it up on demand, run it, from anywhere. Simplicity isn't a feature we bolted on. It's the whole point.
Transparency, not a black box
No more ticket-gated mystery about what's in the lab or how it's wired. One source of truth that everyone who needs it can see — engineers, ops, management, even accounting at audit time. That visibility is what lets you hand an idle lab off across time zones, buy less because you can finally see what you own, and retire the tribal knowledge for good.
Your data is yours — no lock-in
The dataset that describes your lab belongs to you — never trapped in a store only we can open. That's why we built on open-source NetBox as the source of truth. We enrich it so our agentic tools are genuinely useful — but if you ever move on, the data goes with you. We earn your stay; we never trap it — not even to us.
Built for the people in the lab
Lab work is hard — hot, loud, thankless, and only getting heavier as the stacks grow and the teams shrink. We make it humane and make every specialist more capable, so a lab scales its output without scaling its cost or its misery: exponential productivity on linear cost. We grow the people, not just the machines.
A calm, uncluttered modern lab — a canvas, not a machine room Neatly organized, fully visible racks — transparency, not a black box Open, unlocked cabling free to route out — your data is yours Engineers at work — built for the people in the lab
NodaliQ

We love what we do, and we do it well because we love it. Simple, transparent, and worth working in — that's the lab we're building. This is our domain. If it's yours too, come build the community with us.
